Well, I'm down 1 pound. I guess that makes me 1-0...kind of like the Packers in the post-season. Time to kick it into high gear! My first run of the week felt great, so I know I'm making progress with my cardio. Hope everyone has another healthy week!

I lost 2 lbs as of Monday. I was up to 3 lbs, but I had too many brats etc at the game and some of Sue's really good spaghetti on Sunday.
